The architectural aspect of the complex resembles a small Cortijo from the South of Andalusia. The movement of its old tile roofs, the distribution of its openings and the treatment of the balcony, with an Aljaraf tower finish, distinguish it from any other building in the area and place it as one of the most unique houses on the Coast.

Distributed on three levels, it has its entrance on the Middle Level, at the level of the access street from the West, through a large wooden gate and an attractive Patio that overlooks the Porch that protects the main door; wooden canes and two cast iron columns support the beams and protect the main door, made of noble wood, with two leaves and a shutter.

The Portal or Lobby is framed by a Sevillian 19th-century wood and wrought-iron gate that, due to its glazing, overlooks the spectacular garden; to the right there is access to a large kitchen-dining room with a glazed veranda with views of the Garden and the Sea; To the left, a flight of stairs leads to the lower level where the living-dining room with a mezzanine library, made of wood, a bar-office, and a hallway leading to the master bedroom and bathroom, also made of wood, and a Attached room located in the semi-basement which, in turn, communicates with the Winery.

The Upper Level is accessed by a compensated Staircase with two sections, from the Lobby; This Staircase serves as a central distribution nucleus and a brick vault was built over it, from which a Granada lantern hangs. On this level there are two secondary bedrooms and a bathroom serving both. In the bedroom to the west is the balcony of the tower and in the other a projecting window with a wrought iron grille.

The land has two road accesses, one of them to the East as a service lane to the Farm and another to the West, paved as the main entrance to the House. The land is completely fenced; part with barbed wire, part with metal mesh, and part with a brick wall, balcony with old iron bars. As we said, the land is currently divided into two clearly differentiated areas, one to the west, in the highest part, which is used for the Garden, Patios, Terraces, Porches and Access; and another located to the East in the lower part intended for planting fruit trees (mainly avocados) and an orchard with a service booth and a cistern.

There would be the possibility of making three new Single-Family Homes, with the same characteristics as the existing one.

THE ANNEXES

There are two Annexes linked to the House, in addition to the previously described Service Booth and Cistern located in the Orchard; one of them is fundamentally intended as a service apartment, or for guests, with a kitchenet, bathroom and laundry-iron room; Next to it there is a covered area for a clothesline, from which you can access the Pool Purification Booth.
